A city of Dayton software to teach kids about the relevance of residing a nutritious and sustainable life style recently gained a $50,000 grant from the United States Convention of Mayors.
The grant for Dayton Sprouts, section of the Childhood Obesity Avoidance/Environmental Overall health and Sustainability Awards, was created for the metropolis by University of Dayton graduates Meg Maloney and Sarah Richard. It was just one of nine grants awarded nationally by the mayors’ meeting and the American Beverage Foundation for a Healthful The united states (ABFHA).
